This photograph has some lovely features to it, including great direction and pretty lighting. By direction I mean the shape of the branch, the angle. I really like how it's sort of curved- that gives the viewers' eyes a path to follow along when looking at this picture. The lighting is also a great feature; the light sort of shines along the branches in a way that makes you follow the light with your eyes, yet another path. However, this photograph still seems a bit boring. There is one suggestion I can make that could really liven up your picture.

The title of the picture is "Tropical Leaves", but it really doesn't strike me as tropical. The word tropical makes me think of a beach and sand and (mostly) bright, fun colors. This is a fairly dark picture. I would highly suggest lightening it up a bit in order to give it a more tropical look. Or you could make the picture black and white. Because of your great lighting already, black and white would really make this picture pop.

Overall it's nicely done. I love your vision here. It just needs a bit tweaking with the technical stuff to make it more appealing to the eyes. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/> So experiment a little, and keep up the great work!
